Do your products contain lead, phthalates, BPA or other harmful materials? 

No, all O2COOL’s products are made without the use of harmful or leaching materials and chemicals.  All our water bottles have been tested to be FDA food safe. 

How do I clean the Mist ‘N Sip?

For regular cleaning: Fill plastic drinking bottle with warm water and dish soap. Gently scrub the bottle with a dishwashing scrub brush. Rinse and drain completely. Let bottle air dry.  Do not place in dishwasher.

For a deep cleaning: Remove top and scrub both top and bottle inside and out with soap and warm water. Remove straw and locate screw on the interior of the cap. Unscrew with Phillips Head screwdriver. The screw is fixed to the interior of the cap and will not fall out. Pull apart the two pieces of the cap. Scrub interior of cap with soap and warm water. Rinse all parts of the bottle and set aside to dry completely before reassembling. Not dishwasher safe.

Can I mix old and new batteries in my fan? Or batteries of different types/brands?

NO, you should never mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types. A caution warning is displayed in all of our instruction manuals. For best performance, always use fresh alkaline batteries.

My fan is not working, what should I do?

If fan does not operate, verify batteries or supplied adapter are installed correctly and that nothing is obstructing the fan blade. For further assistance, please contact customer service here: customerservice@o2cbrands.com

What should I do when I store my fan? 

When storing your fan for more than two weeks, please remove the batteries.  

How do I clean my fan?

Clean only with a dry cloth. Do not allow water to drip into the fan. Do not disassemble.
