A. No, all O2COOL’s products are made without the use of harmful or leaching materials and chemicals. All our water bottles have been tested to be FDA food safe.
Q. How do I clean the Mist ‘N Sip?
A. For regular cleaning: Fill plastic drinking bottle with warm water and dish soap. Gently scrub the bottle with a dishwashing scrub brush. Rinse and drain completely. Let bottle air dry. Do not place in dishwasher.
For a deep cleaning: Fill the plastic drinking bottle with warm water and dish soap. Drain the water. Pour undiluted white distilled vinegar into the water bottle. Put two drops of tea tree oil into the water bottle with two cups of warm water. Scrub mixture with a dishwashing scrub brush. Rinse and drain completely. Let bottle air dry. Do not place in dishwasher.
Q. Can I mix old and new batteries in my fan? Or batteries of different types/brands?
A. NO, you should never mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types. A caution warning is displayed in all of our instruction manuals. For best performance, always use fresh alkaline batteries.
Q. My fan is not working, what should I do?
A. If fan does not operate, verify batteries or supplied adapter are installed correctly and that nothing is obstructing the fan blade. For further assistance, please contact customer service by clicking here.
Q. What should I do when I store my fan?
A. When storing your fan for more than two weeks, please remove the batteries.

A. Clean only with a dry cloth. Do not allow water to drip into the fan. Do not disassemble.
